Preparation
1. Roll dough into a large rectangle and brush it with Italian dressing.
2. Top with pepperoni to cover dough. Sprinkle with cheeses and Italian seasoning. Roll tightly from longest end of dough.
3. Fold sides under and place on pan, dough seam side down. Brush with egg white and sprinkle with garlic powder.
4. Bake at 425 degrees for about 20 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool for 5 minutes then slice and serve.
5. Serve pizza sauce as dip for pepperoni bread, if desired.
