Brown meat and onion - drain and add spices as desired.

Add soup and chiles to meat mix and simmer for about 15 minutes.

Tear tortillas into triangles and place along the bottom of a casserole dish.

Spoon a layer of meat mixture onto tortillas and top with a layer of cheese. Next, top with another layer of tortillas, then meat then cheese.

The recipe usually makes enough for two medium size casseroles and you can freeze one for later meals.

Put in the oven at 375 uncovered for 25 - 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
