Looking for a fun way to serve a crowd during Fiesta? Let your guests bring the toppings for this delicious, build-your-own creation of authentic Mexican goodness we all LOVE! To make for a smaller crowd, just divide ingredients in half. Any remaining meat mixture can be frozen for up to 3 month and makes for an easy dinner later!

1. In large Dutch oven, brown ground beef. Drain excess fat and add chopped onion. Stir and cook over low heat for about 5 minutes or until onion begins to be translucent.
2. Add chili powder and garlic salt and cook for an additional 3 to 4 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer slowly for 1 hour adding water as necessary if mixture becomes dry.
3. To serve: Place about 1 cup of mixture in bowl. Allow guests to top with their favorite toppings. Viva Fiesta!
